1. Who is responsible
Boss Lane Inc., at 103 Avenue Rd, Toronto, Ontario M5R 2G9, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here. Send privacy enquiries to privacy@bosslane.ca or by post, addressed to the Privacy Officer.
This policy covers this informational website and enquiries about it. The site has no accounts, booking checkout, payment collection, public SMS enrollment, or passenger database. It does not replace a notice or terms that applied to information you previously provided through another service.
2. Information involved
When you visit, the website host may process technical request information, including your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. Static hosting does not mean that no technical information is processed.
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you include. An email link only opens your email application; this website does not send a message for you. Do not send payment card details, identity documents, or information that is not needed for your enquiry.
3. Why information is used
Technical information is used to deliver pages, maintain availability, and investigate abuse or security issues. Enquiry information is used to answer the matter you raised and maintain necessary correspondence records.
Visiting this site or contacting us is not consent to unrelated marketing, SMS enrollment, or a booking. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.
4. Providers and disclosures
When hosted on Vercel, Vercel processes technical requests for website delivery and security. Email correspondence is handled through the email services used by you and Boss Lane. Those services may process information outside Canada, where local laws may permit access by authorities.
This site does not connect to a booking database, payment processor, SMS API, analytics platform, advertising network, or embedded map. Fonts and images are served with the site.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. A disclosure to operate the site or answer an enquiry is limited to what is necessary. Information may also be disclosed where applicable law requires or permits it.
5. SMS consent and marketing
This website does not collect phone numbers or SMS opt-ins and does not send text messages. Browsing or emailing an enquiry does not enroll you in a messaging program.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described above and will not be shared with third parties.
The messaging information page explains the absence of public SMS enrollment. A future operational program requires a separate, accurate consent process and updated disclosures before launch.
6. Storage, retention, and safeguards
The site itself does not set cookies, use browser storage, or run client-side scripts. Language choices are reflected in page URLs. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their service arrangements; this site does not independently control all provider logs.
We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, or resolve a dispute. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where appropriate. No internet system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask about our handling of your personal information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting privacy@bosslane.ca. You can also write to our postal address. Do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification process has been arranged.
Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions. You may raise an unresolved concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
8. Policy updates
The effective date and version identify this policy. Material changes to this website’s data handling require an updated notice and, where required, new consent. A policy change is not a substitute for consent previously required.
