There is no public SMS program or SMS sign-up on this website. It does not collect a mobile number, record SMS consent, send messages, or call Twilio. Browsing or emailing is not SMS consent.
This page describes current capabilities. It is not evidence of a live opt-in process and should not be presented as proof that customers can enroll here.
2. Before future messaging
Before a public program, Boss Lane must publish accurate terms and an operational, optional consent process identifying the sender, message purpose and frequency, possible message and data rates, help, and opt-out instructions.
Transactional and promotional consent must be separated where required. A sign-up must not use preselected consent, make SMS consent a condition of purchase, or invent consent records. Opt-out and help behaviour must be tested before launch.
3. Unexpected messages
If you receive an uncertain message claiming to be from Boss Lane, contact dispatch@bosslane.ca. Do not send payment details or identity documents by text. For privacy questions, contact privacy@bosslane.ca.
